In May of 2024, CBRE relocated its global headquarters to Park District, a dual-tower, mixed-use project developed by Trammell Crow Company in 2018. Approx. 63k s.f. and encompassing multiple floors, this new office is a true crossroads across all business lines CBRE offers.
A focus on efficiency, purpose, and transparency drives the design of this executive workplace. Overlooking Klyde Warren Park, spaces seek to blur the lines between the inside and outside-creating a sanctuary for work. The design leverages warm tones, natural woods, light patterns, biophilia, and diffused daylight to extend the park-like atmosphere into the space. The purpose-driven office is achieved through highly efficient “neighborhoods” that thoughtfully consider the user journey. The design employs the company’s workplace standards but elevates them to meet the particular needs of the users and evolving workstyles.
Designed by Gensler and built by Balfour Beatty. Both Park District and the CBRE tenant space are designated LEED Gold Certification.
