The QUAD is seated in the heart of Uptown Dallas and includes a new 345,425-square-foot office tower, an existing 131,060-square-foot office building, and seven retail concepts totaling 30,000 square feet. The restaurants include Crush Craft, Two Hands, Written by the Seasons, Mamani, DOMODOMO, and LDU. The new office tower, which will herald in "A Different Dallas," includes the largest indoor digital art display in Texas, exclusive access to The QUAD Club, which is a penthouse amenity featuring a tenant lounge and conference center, as well as a fitness center, bike valet, and expansive outdoor space. The QUAD is pioneering "A Different Dallas" through its differentiated architectural identity; emphasis on human scale retail, outdoor space, and placemaking; and implementation of cutting-edge smart, safe, and sustainable features designed to make employees feel comfortable at the office. The tower is designed to be the Smartest & Safest Building in Dallas, featuring a touchless experience, hospital-grade indoor air filtration, elevator ionization filtration, market-leading 11-foot finished ceilings, and expansive outdoor seating and green space. The smart building systems implemented throughout the project culminate in a tenant app to deliver an enhanced tenant experience and identify building efficiencies. Designed by Omniplan and constructed by Austin Commercial, the state-of-the-art workplace and next-generation retail space that comprise The QUAD are setting a new standard for development in Dallas.
