- September 23: Site Selection for Ground-Up Development
- October 7: Design & Construction
- October 21 : Post-Build and Day-to-Day Operations
- October 28: Acquisitions and Dispositions
The Deal is worth 10 hours of Continuing Education credit through the Texas Real Estate Commission as course #37921-RECE.
